EU and Russia: Challenges of a pan-European perspective

The Institute for Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans (IECOB) of the University of Bologna is offering 10 PhD students from CG and Russian universities the chance to participate at a research seminar at the end of May in ForlĂ­ (Italy). The event is part of the European Commission Jean Monnet programme.

The Institute for Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans (IECOB) of the University of Bologna has launched a call for applications addressed to European and Russian PhD students, within the framework of the EU-funded Jean Monnet project "EU and the New Neighbours: In Search of a New Relationship".

The Institute offers to 10 PhD students a grant covering travel and subsistence costs for attending a conference and seminar to be held in Forlì (Italy) from 28th May to 1st June 2007. The grant aims to support research in human sciences on neighbourhood policy and the relations between the Russian Federation and the European Union.
