My name is Andrea Burattin, and I am a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Computer Science at the University of Padua, under the supervision of Prof. Alessandro Sperduti. On April 8th 2013, I defended my PhD Thesis: "Applicability of Process Mining Techniques in Business Environments".

Research interests: my research interests are on process mining and, in particular, control flow discovery, random process generation, applicability of process mining in real-world contexts, stream mining. I'm also interested in data mining, business process modeling, business process metrics and BPMS.
