The proceedings of the congress will be published as a special volume of
"Applied Numerical Mathematics".
The reviewing process will follow the usual rules of the journal.
Only review papers and papers containing new and interesting results not submitted or published elsewhere could be considered for publication.
The deadline for submission is December 15, 2009.

when they reach the "Article Type" step in the submission process.
