The timetables have been extracted from the official summer timetables of
the Italian railways at
Trenitalia (where
you can also purchase the ticket by credit card and simultaneously
reserve the seat), and of Trentino Trasporti (bus Trento-Alba di
Canazei, only in Italian).
As for the trains, we have reported only some main combinations
compatible with the bus timetables. Please see the official
timetables to find other possibilities.

Important notes:
- the bus station of Trento is near the railway station
(200 mt, 3 minutes walk turning right at the exit of the railway
station);
- the bus timetables for return (Sept. 12-afternoon or Sept.
13,
2006) are not yet available, since they will change on Sept. 11 and
will be published at the beginning of September (in any case,
Trentino Trasporti ensures that 2 bus runs Alba di Canazei-Trento
will be available on Sept. 12-afternoon, on Sept. 13-morning and on
Sept. 13-afternoon);
- as for the train timetables for the return, please see

- purchasing the ticket on board you pay 25 additional euros;
- if
you find a long queue at the ticket office, it is also possible to
purchase the ticket at the automatic ticket machines, with
instructions in English;
- mark
the ticket by the suitable yellow machines before entering the
train;
- Italian
trains are often late, thus changes with an interval of 5-10
minutes
are possible but often not feasible.
