                   conditions with nonsymmetric PSF)
       fft_svd.m  (for periodic boundary conditions)

     (Replaces DirectMethods TLS.m from version 1.0)
     Tikhonov should now work for various boundary conditions, and

Made several significant additions, and changes to the iterative
methods.  Also added a lot of new test data. 
This is only a beta version.  The new codes and data can be found
in a manuscript written by Sebastian Berisha and James Nagy.
