The matching coefficient
The coefficients related with this particular finite C.H. system
identify the digital images together with all their rotated un up eigenvalues of unitary module, because of these C.H.s are chosen in such a way to be respected by the sampling in the property to be eigenfunctions of rotation operator. This fact provides a tool to build a matching coefficient which doesn’t depend on the mutual rotation of the images.
