As the Circular Sum operator which collects the results fromeach m-index fixed subspace is not commutative nor associative,

there is an particular order which is to be respected by the

SubMaster receving data from its Slaves. If the Second Levelcharge is not well distribuited we could have some bad latency

times. This is a hard problem as the C.H. space is triangular and

the time calculation depends on the m-section.
