About me

I joined the Department of Mathematics of Padova in 2012 as assistant professor in the area of Probability. Since 2022, I have been an associate professor. I studied Mathematics at the University of Bologna and obtained a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Roma Tre in 2007. As a postdoctoral researcher, I worked for three years at the Weierstrass Institute of Berlin (WIAS) and for another three years at the Department of Mathematics of Bologna.
My research interests are Probability Theory and applications to Statistical Mechanics.
