Activities During My PhD Program
PhD Project:
Submitted Paper:
Reza Khoshkangini, Giuseppe Valetto and Annapaola Marconi, “Automatic Generation and Recommendation of Personalized Challenges for Gamification“, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON COMPUTATIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND AI IN GAMES (IEEE Journal).
Collaboration
Drexel University:
As the part of my PhD program and in the direction of enhancing Gamification effectiveness, I started to work with Dr. Santiago Ontanon at College of Computing & Informatics in Drexel University, Philadelphia, USA since August 2017. In Drexel we started to work on an automatic framework that enables the system to dynamically extract players' play styles during the game that have value in game adaption, as well as players engagement in the game.
Submitted Paper:
Reza Khoshkangini, Santiago Ontanon, Annapaola Marconni and JiChen Zhu, “Dynamically Extracting Play Style in Educational Games“, ACM, UMAP 2018.
