PROCEEDINGS   The proceedings of the congress will be published as a special issue of "Numerical Algorithms". The guest editor of this special issue is Claude Brezinski Submission is only for participants to the meeting and their co-authors. Papers have to be related to numerical linear algebra. The reviewing process will follow the usual rules of the journal. Only review papers and papers containing new and interesting results not submitted or published elsewhere could be considered for publication. Papers presenting a new method without a study of its properties, and those only presenting a numerical application of a known method could not be considered for publication in this journal. The deadline for submission is DECEMBER 31, 2024. IMPORTANT: During the submission you have to choose Article type "Research". After, in the next step, you have to upload the files.
